Core Development Inc.

The six towns of Clearwater, Orchard, Royal, Ewing, Page and Inman
organized for the betterment of their communities which created the
CORE Development Inc., in 1990.

CORE Development Inc., established five mission goals:
    (1) Recreation
    (2) Housing
    (3) Business Development & Retention
    (4) Rural Health
    (5) Tourism

Three members from each town serve on the board of directors. The monthly board meetings are hosted by each CORE town on a rotating schedule.

Accomplishments of CORE Development Inc.

  • Construction of a golf course
  • Procurement of housing grants
  • Contacts with new potential businesses
  • Support of a regional health coalition
  • Affiliation with two other development organizations to
    form a regional association of economic development
